E-FAKTURA | Micro-sized issuers

These are companies issuing less than 20 invoices per month. For them we have developed a non-binding service called „prepaid packages“. It has all the advantages of the “manual input“, but at even less restrictive conditions!

The only thing you need is a B-Trust® electronic signature. If you have one, you can contact a representative of BORICA AD who will activate for you, completely free of charge, 10 electronic invoices.

Thus you will be able to test the system without any commitment.

Unlike the “manual input”, with the “prepaid packages” you can prepay the number of invoices that you will use, for example, 33 or 99 invoices. If you have a B-Trust® electronic signature you can start issuing electronic invoices right away and purchase as many invoices as you need, without any restriction and without a contract!

The prepaid version of E-faktura.bg is good for you if:

You issue from 10 to 100 invoices monthly;
You have issues with undelivered or delayed invoices;
Your clients are in very remote locations (or abroad) and the delivery of paper invoices to them is associated with significant costs;
You wish to know exactly when the invoice was received and to trace its payment, if it is made electronically;
You wish to take the opportunity to automate the invoice issuing activities and eliminate the risk of random errors.

The prepaid packages of electronic invoices have the following options:

Creating a database of counterparts, services, products and bank accounts;
Invoice status information – notice sent, received, disputed;
Document search by: type (invoice, credit or debit notes, name of recipient, date, term of payment, status (not activated, received, notice sent, returned, cancelled, disputed));
Option to put different document marking flags;
Export reports to Excel;
Free 0.5 GB e-archive with an option to save the archive at client’s location;
Each package has a term of validity as specified in the table. Six months after the expiry of this term the information about all invoices issued is still available with an option for saving it at client’s location. Upon activation of a new package the term of storage of the electronic archive gets extended with the period of its validity plus 6 months.

Compatibility with accounting software

Electronic Invoice Presentment through Internet enables straight through processing (STP) in business processes, including invoicing processes.

With this purpose BORICA AD established contacts with the major ERP and accountant software developers in Bulgaria. The partnerships which started gave our common customers the possibility to export invoices into XML and uploading those invoices in www.eFaktura.bg, without any additional converting needed.
