Secure Document Exchange is the secure transfer of arbitrary electronic documents through the еFaktura.bg system. We call these services Secure Document Exchange (SDX), or secure exchange of documents.
Electronic invoice is a document signed with a valid electronic signature and is completely equivalent to the respective paper copy. Electronic invoices submitted through the eFaktura.bg system are fully compliant with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, Accounting Act and the Value Added Tax Act.
Qualified electronic signature guarantees the authenticity of origin and integrity of content of the electronic invoice and the package with documents attached.
EDI (Electronic Document Exchange) is a data transfer method (order, stock receipt, confirmation and invoice), which is widely used in the field of FMCG. eFaktura.bg supports conversion of XML to EDI as required by the chains in Bulgaria. eFaktura.bg works with Metro Cash & Carry, Praktiker, Baumax, Kaufland, etc.
