We would like to announce the merge between BANKSERVICE, EIK 000640954 and BORICA, EIK 131273927 which resulted in the creation of a new company – BORICA - BANKSERVICE AD, entered in the Commercial Registry kept by the Registry Agency with EIK 201230426
As a result of this merge, BORICA - BANKSERVICE AD becomes universal rights’ inheritor of BORICA and BANKSERVICE, as well as all assets and obligations of BORICA and BANKSERVICE will be passed over automatically to BORICA - BANKSERVICE AD, from the date of the Commercial Registry merge entry.

The merge will not affect the validity of the contract that you may have concluded with BANKSERVICE. As of 12.08.2010 a part in this contract, under the same clauses, instead of BANKSERVICE will be BORICA - BANKSERVICE AD.

As of the indicated date, all documents concerning the new company must be filled in with the following company details:
